It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself. Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human, and kill the demon that massacred his family.

Great animation, but full of cliche, with hollow predictable plot. Edit after finishing 1st season: Half way through it became more interesting, I'm glad I didn't drop it after first 3 boring episodes.

I am not much into Shounen cliche but this one was really interesting. The first few episode were a bit boring as the plot was going way to fast and most of the stuff was predictable from other Shounen anime(s) but after that It became something that you'll definitely wanna continue for a longer period of time. Best part of the anime was Nezuko, I am glad she became a Demon. Her expressions were adorable. I am hoping for more Seasons of this anime, more honestly, an entire anime adaptation of the manga.

I love this show too much like it's probably stupid how much I loved the whole thing from beginning to end, I am completely biased towards this show. It was so pure and wholesome while also being completely badass. I cannot wait for the Movie and it better release in the UK.

The Animation is insane and the background music and OP are just spectacular.
Totally worth it and a must-watch!
