I wrote a comment here before starting the series. Now I watched all the episodes. All I want to say is it's a great series. I watched every episode breathlessly. I get angry at myself when I finish it too fast :joy: If you like this kind of series, definitely watch it. There is also something I want to add, I don't like Korean TV series and movies very much. There's no reason, I just had a prejudice. I overcame this prejudice with this series. Really thank you for your efforts. You did a great job :grin::thumbsup:

**A good story with a terrible execution.**

I actually love these kind of movies and shows. I'm a big fan of horror, and I also like stories with parasites. There are a lot of potential in those ones, and they can be very scary and suspenseful, if it's well written/directed. But this show is not.

Choi Jun-kyung (the leader of the parasite hunters) is totally overacting her role. All her scenes seem like a ridiculous parody of a real horror movie.
The people that are infected (ruled by) parasites act like very slow minded persons with serious mental issues. The way these actors present the infected people are simply not believable.
The story is not suspenseful at all, it feels like it's rushed and that makes it chaotic, also making the show hard to follow and understand. I tried (wanted) to like this, but I simply couldn't.

Well, I haven't read the manga or watched the Parasyte anime yet but I liked the series, the CGI was quite well done and the action scenes were very good too, I just found the story quite cliché and despite not knowing the original material I was able to understand that ending, in general, the series entertained me a lot and it certainly encouraged me to go watch the anime.

It wasn’t a remake of the anime which at first i was disappointed but it ended up being a great story & i really love how it ended. Cant wait for another season

Doesn't even come close to the original Japanese two part movie.

This was kind of a David Cronenberg monsters meets "Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978)" movie.
I This show just popped up on Netflix today - and I thought - why not? And I enjoyed it.

How I rate:
1-3 :heart: = seriously! don't waste your time
4-6 :heart: = you may or may not enjoy this
7-8 :heart: = I expect you will like this too
9-10 :heart: = movies and TV shows I really love!
