I know it's a bullshit movie okay, everyone who watched it knows that! But it's some great bullshit and I'm glad i watched it. Trailer was right, it is the Michael Bayest movie of all Michael Bay movies.

No, no, no... This was an incoherent mess. The film is structured as though it tries to be something edgier and cooler than it is. It's an action movie, and barely that. It jumps back and forth but it adds nothing to the plot. The main characters are hard to root for as they kill innocent people from left to right. The product placements are too much and gets in the way of the story, not that there's much story to talk about. And it's about forty minutes too long. Michael Bay peaked with 'The Rock'.

Non. Stop. Action. Despite other naysayers, I absolutely loved this movie. The 20 minute car chase in the beginning was one of the best I've seen. It definitely had a nod to the '80's action films where it was all about the action and one liners and never took itself seriously. We need more movies like this.

I watched this movie and liked it. Not loved it. The explosions. The cheesy lines. The allure of having at least 6 people somewhere trying to make a difference in a world that is otherwise a total disaster in some parts while in the other parts it's just a rat race. Good to see Bay leave the robots behind and go back to making big dumb actions movies for grown-ups again.
