After an illustrious special ops career ends in disaster, Alexander goes off the grid and attempts to lead a quiet life as a handyman at an apartment complex. But when one of his tenants and her family fall under the thumb of a Russian gangster, Alexander is dragged into an all-out war between rival Chinese and Russian gangs; forcing him to not only defend the family, but bringing him face to face with an old foe, and giving him one more chance to reconcile his past.

So according to Steven Seagal, he is a good man. Well Steven, I think the cast and crew you harassed on set, and the series of women you sexual assaulted would disagree with you. Also, why does Seagal sound like he's on his deathbed delivering his final words. He sounds out of breath when he's just sitting down. I mean, just look at him, a bloated salty mess.

Steven Seagal shoots and punches in this film shot in Eastern Europe with little means, ideas and quality. At least she's entertaining

Like so many of his later movies, I have mixed feelings about this one. I wanted to like it - and at various points throughout the movie, it was somewhat interesting - but overall, well...
