The remaining survivors from part 3 are no longer in the hospital. Now they have a person that can bring people into there dreams. So they all try to gang up on Freddy as a group in the dream. The dream world is Freddy's world so good luck.

Starts strong.

Again showing college life, kids. Some has cars. In the intro scenes.

The opening song, nightmare belongs to tuesday knight who played as kristen and was replaced to Patricia Arquette from previous movie. I wish they did not replace

So from previous movie, Fourth Dream warrior has died it seems. The woman who could fight in dreams. It is sad.

They scared the dog too much while freddy was reviving. It is bad.

Freddy revived and it was an astonishing scene! Such things.

And he starts revenge. Second movie name was revenge but this movie is the revenge in fact :)

Again, freddy used sexuality to get joey. Joey again did same mistake.

"Wet dream, ha" said freddy. Dark humor again.

Kristen told other dream warriors about freddy but they did not believe and they died after a while. The movie is always like that. If you don't believe in your friend, you get killed :) and then while they were attacked by freddy, they asked kristen to help but it was too late.

And as i remember, only in first movie, freddy made extraordinary killings. I mean which other people saw as extraordinary because freddy was hiding somehow the clues which could be understood it was killed by non-human things. In first movie, there was a death like that, which caused blood waterfall. Here, joey was killed like that. But still no-one understands. Or questions .

And this time freddy predicted future, or kristen? The nurse said just same which kristen had as dream just before:
- feeling better now?
- what happened
- you have quite bump.

And this time, kristen's friends are supportive. Boyfriend rick says he will help her. And alice and dan seems believed in her. But again mother is same and made her killed. Made her sleep.

With sunglasses , freddy was cool :) While in the beach to get kristen.

The house is empty in the elm street. NOone probably wants to stay there. They all know about the curse.

And again, noone questioned how joey was in a pool in his bed. Maybe police cia etc hided it:) i am not sure. Or noone understands why two friends died in same night. I think we need to discard such things in this series.

Rick was also killed , while alice shot and glasses were broken at same time but noone suspects anything :) absurdism.

SO last kid of elm street's, kristen was killed by freddy and was buried to same cemetery of nancy and his father's. It was sad to see all dead.

There was a doctor from previous movie, from clinic. I thought we could see him, but he did not appear.

In this series, you can't see a character more than 2 movies, it is like rule, except freddy :)

And after kristen was gone, they again stopped believing but then again started to believe in alice but it was too late.

So, freddy only can go to dreams of elm street kids. I did not know that rule. Last kid was gone so freddy needs alice to take them into dream. Freddy needed alice, why did he almost kill alice in the end? If he managed to kill alice, how could he reach other kids' dream?

And when freddy saw himself in the mirror, prophecy became true :) Freddy is so weak to stop this thing.

Kristen did not have ability to absorb abilities as far i know/remember. But alice can do. Rick's fighting skill for example. It was good to see karate culture :)

Debbie has really cool hair from the beginning of the movie :)

While debbie was working out, how did she sleep, it was different and how did freddy put them into loop? It was first time such thing.

And alice was sleeping when she jumped into mirror or imagination which she was doing? It was cool. Cool scenes started after that. Last 25-30 minutes especially. The singing kids in whites for example.

Last minutes were nice. Dark scenes while souls are trying to escape from freddy's body.

It seems he did not die , again. In pool, reflection was shown of him. And alice will die in next movies as we guess :)

In the end, i waited again absurdism just like in 1 and 2. Movies. Freddy's come back and kill them but it did not happen just like in third Movie.

This movie is not better than the third movie but good.

The closing theme song was nice. First time i think they made a song like this. Freddy's laugh. I think it was by the fat boys, the band.

I like the movie. I enjoyed watching. I can see next movie i hope soon.

This one is pretty bad. Very sadly, because Dream Warriors pavemented the path really well.

This movie already starts in the wrong way by deciding to kill every character that survived the previous film in stupid ways. Suddenly, they became so reckless and forgot that Freddy is from hell, so the possibility of him coming back once again for them is always there.
Not only that, the same characters that managed to beat Freddy fucking Krueger in his own territory, the dreams, are murdered so damned easy.

Patricia Arquette’s character is recast to someone else and in the meantime we are presented to the future protagonist, Alice. She’s not very charismatic. Apparently, she’s got a great super power but that’s wasted as she just watches every friend of hers die.

The deaths are nothing special, I don’t even remember them by now. What’s most fantastic about this movie is the fact that the script decides whether or not it is convenient to show in the real world the outcome of Freddy’s attacks. One time a guy dies drowned in his dream and when his mother founds him, he is really drowned. Inside his bed. At another time, some girl dies while she’s in class and everybody think she just had a severe asthma attack.

Now, the star of this film, its final act. This movie is so incoherent, like all the time. Near the end of the film, it just abandons every single rule established throughout the whole franchise and that includes the first and most basic one: Freddy can only hurt you if you are asleep, otherwise he’ll have to keep waiting. Even the second movie — which is horrendous — follows this, Freddy only attacks everyone at the party because he’s actually in the real world.
Here, Alice and her crush gets trapped in the same dreaming loop while they’re not even sleeping. Alice crash the truck they’re driving and then all of sudden they’re both back to real world. Her crush is practically dead, she’s fine, it’s a mess. I mean, what the hell man, what were these people thinking?

This movie has something good though. Makeup and special effects are always really well done. The soundtrack is fun. Robert Englund is enjoyable to watch, I love when he says something and adds a “bitch” in the ending.

This movie is so meaningless and annoying. Although I expressed my extreme discontentment with The Dream Master, I guess Freddy’s Revenge somehow is worse than this.
