[SalentoFF] The adventure of three Italian friends who travel to Ceaușescu's Romania at the end of the 1980s is a reflection of an Eastern Europe in the process of disintegration. There is a certain condescending look that trivializes the human drama, but the mixture of recordings from true history and a remarkable reproduction of the time manage to balance the youthful comedy tone with the representation of the failure of the socialist republics.
