Alien 2: On Earth

A woman is late for a television interview on a newscast but arrives and proceeds with it only to faint minutes later. Much later she and all her buddies go back to the cave she talked about in her interview, to explore further what they did not search earlier. But unbeknownst to them one of the men has an alien with him and it attacks a girl which they try to rescue. Once they have the girl safely out of the pit she fell into, her face explodes and an alien pops out and kills a man. Very good little alien movie, though the same basic plot material has been done before and better, with some okay acting and performances by the gang that stars in this flick. The alien is not too scary but otherwise the effects were pretty good. The movie drags a little at the very beginning but the pace soon picks up as the end gets nearer. On the whole the film is a good watch.
