I saw someone recommend this on TikTok so I thought I would ignore the below 5 star rating on IMDb and give it a watch…. Ugh! What rubbish! It’s only a short film which is probably the best part, but the whole movie was cheap and not worth watching

Such a surreal, satisfyingly creepy web of tales exploring the insecurities and struggles of artists. I honestly thought it's going to be so fucking pretentious (thinking of _Flux Gourmet_) and shitty judging by its poster, turns out this film perfectly encapsulates most of the fear and insecurities of an artist and for that I love it. Of course, some segments are better than others but anthologies with a single writer are always so much more cohesive and effective than multi-writer anthologies, and this one proves it. It strikes a tone and a mood that is genuinely unsettling with some moments that make me squirm and a few good chuckles. It also has some artistic flourishes that elevate it above most low-budget anthologies. Oh, and it's under 70 minutes! :exploding_head:
