Oh my God. This is one of the worst movies ever. It makes no sense, actors look like they wanna die throughout the whole movie, and at this point, the Chipmunks have way overstayed their welcome.

The chipmunks and chipettes accidentally go overboard while on a cruise ship and end up marooned on a tropical island and discover they are not alone.

The first two were ok for what they were, and I wasn't against a sequel to the first movie. I know there is 4 movies in this franchise, and this is the third one, but this is the worst of the 4. The only decent moments in this movie are between Jason Lee and David Cross. That is about it. The chipmunks become more annoying and boring as they have ever been. I didn't care for songs at all and just became a burden to listen to. Jenny Slate was awful in this movie. Nothing was new in this movie that wasn't done in the first two. The first two I watched as a kid before I rewatched as an adult. The last two I never watched as a kid, so I don't know how well this film holds up in terms of entertainment for them, but this franchise should have stopped after the second one. 3/10.
