Pop sensations Alvin, Simon and Theodore end up in the care of Dave Seville's twenty-something nephew Toby. The boys must put aside music super stardom to return to school, and are tasked with saving the school's music program by winning the $25,000 prize in a battle of the bands. But the Chipmunks unexpectedly meet their match in three singing chipmunks known as The Chipettes - Brittany, Eleanor and Jeanette. Romantic and musical sparks are ignited when the Chipmunks and Chipettes square off.

The famous chipmunks go to school and are tasked with saving the school's music program by winning the battle of the bands. But they unexpectedly meet their match in three singing chipettes. Not a whole lot to say that I didn't say in the first one. I will say the addition of the chipettes did make this just ever so slightly better than the first one. The story was also a little more fun, but they didn't really do much to change it from the first. The singing voices still high pitched and pretty annoying as the first and again more enjoyable for kids than adults. My only real complaint with this one compared to the first was less Dave. 4/10.

This one was alright. It was more about the female chipmunks in this. I know there being introduce in this movie. But it was funnier when the male and females were making fun of each other.
