I keep coming back to this every Christmas. Properly British humour that hits the spot for me.

This is definitely an unique take on Santa. I just wish the story was a little better.

Good movie, it has moments of decline but in general it is good... and like any good children's animated film: unforgettable characters. Recommended for these dates.

A very enjoyable watch. I always find with Christmas films that whilst they may not be magnificently crafter that they bring about the nostalgia of your childhood and that is definitely the case here. I loved the animation and Jim Broadbent was a god casting choice to voice this films depiction of Santa. A very fun and enjoyable watch for the whole family.

Arthur Christmas is a surprisingly good film that’s charming and fun. When a child is missed during Santa’s delivers his youngest son takes it upon himself to deliver her present with the help of his grandfather and an elf. On its surface it seems as if we've been there and done that in other films, but there are some new twists on the familiar themes, and the Santa mythology is quite interesting. The CG animation is also especially well-done, and the 3D is amazing (giving true depth and feel to the scenes). And it features a great cast that includes James McAvoy, Bill Nighy, Hugh Laurie, and Eva Longoria. A magical holiday film, Arthur Christmas is an instant classic that can be enjoyed by all ages.

A good watch.

I had a fine time watching 'Arthur Christmas'. The plot is a little light, with a fairly simple event taking a relative while to resolve itself, but it's still a pleasant festive animated film - with neat animation.

There are a number of familiar names on the voice cast, too many to name in actual fact. My personal standout is Hugh Laurie as Steven, though James McAvoy, Bill Nighy and Jim Broadbent are all enjoyable too.

A Christmas delight if you overlook that it's pretty much a longer version of Disney's Prep & Landing.

A delight. Glad I made it to the theater for this one (in what is probably its last week in release). If you get a chance, do see it, & if you can't catch it in the theater, do look for it on DVD or download. It's definitely worth your time (ambivalence about its materialism & all!).
