Assassins is a good documentary. The information is very nicely presented, and for those of you that don't know much about this assassination, this will deliver some rather jaw-dropping moments. Though...While Assassins does a very good job in conveying the facts of the murder, it doesn't really add anything substantial to the story. At least not for those of us that have been researching the case before. For those of us that like true crime and spy stories, Assassins is well worth the watch. I just wish there were some new info to top things off.

A crime worthy of the big screen. A documentary that isn't. It's quite clear that the crime was what it was. There's little mystery around what occurred alfotet the first 20 minutes of the documentary. You keep watching hoping for more info and very little is offered other than it becomes a human interest story. I feel like there is a movie or miniseries in the crime itself but the documentary, though interesting, is a little underwhelming. 6/10

Whether or not there is justice come the end of the documentary - you'll have to wait and see. I greatly benefited by going into this film completely cold, but at the end of the day, this is a story that happened not so long ago, and most people will know how these events unfolded.
