A naval office visits his cousin in Barcelona, Spain, and together they share the experiences of trying to establish romantic relationships with the local women, in an atmosphere where Americans are not too popular (which is excusable, given the history of U.S. foreign policy).

This movie so boring that the creators had to include a shooting of one of the main characters just to keep the audience from falling asleep at the theater. The shooting is entirely gratuitous, plays no significant part in the plot, and seems designed only to make us care about the character who got shot --- who is otherwise a patriotic American brat. Frankly, the shooting scene is the movie creators cheating because they could not make a better movie. The movie is truly boring otherwise. It takes the spot for worst movie ever in my list, right below "The Last Witch Hunter".
