Better than the first i'd say! More fun, more kills, more characters and more wtf moments. **Basket Case 2** tackles even better themes than the first like finding out where you belong, what it means to be human, wanting to be normal - or really the definition of normal, who are the real freaks?! Superb design for the deformed "mysteries of nature" I put it on pause a few times to get a better look, great practical effects and makeup. Liked the weird synth score it adds even more weirdness. Kevin Van Hentenryck's acting got better sinse the first, Annie Ross gives a great performance as Granny Ruth and Kathryn Meisle was also a standout. Lorenzo singing at the beginning caught me off guard it was hilarious, flash photo scene was my favorite and that sex scene was weird as hell. Perfect final scene!
