The Big Brawl is not nearly as good as Chans later 80s outings but it has its charms. The fighting is quite a bit slower than we are used to from Chan, and the story is just about non-existent, but Jackie Chan is his usual charming self and that helps the enjoyment factor quite a bit. It's still rather forgettable though... If you are new to Jackie Chan this is not the movie to start with, but try and get it and watch it if you are a fan like me.

A very obvious attempt at turning Chan into the next Bruce Lee. One of the weaker earlier efforts from him, but Chan is still fun as hell and charming as always. The final set of big brawls was great.
