"And you don't know the odds. Could be one in a trillion. It could be one in two. Anyway, this is about regret. And those odds are always 100%." "Why is it that any one decision always seems too small to be the biggest decision of your life? I don't know. But sometimes you have to just make the choice and jump."
It's not a masterpiece, but it has some moments that make you think about life, love and second chances. It's a good movie to watch, it doesn't bored you at all.

Two strangers, on the streets of New York, one night, trying to decide how to face what just might be the biggest decisions of their lives. Great performance by the two leads, believable tension, choices worth thinking about, no easy answers. I gave this an 8 (great) out of 10.

Two beautiful but boring people meet one night and become romantically entangled in this meandering, pretentious drama.

@faithful Indeed pretentious is the word. The first time I watched it, I like it. The second time I didn't like the dialogue. Real people don't talk that way. To much Hollywood.

This movie is not that great, and Alice Eve's American accent is terrible. Even so, something about it just _gets_ to me...

I should probably watch Before Sunrise.

It is interesting that Evans chose this script for his directorial debut because this idea has been done before (and quite frankly, much better in Before Sunrise). He even admitted in subsequent interviews that the script was pretty mediocre. Evans presence makes the movie watchable (barely above Hallmark Channel quality) and it actually has a decent ending. Alice Eve reminds me a lot of January Jones - she is fairly bland and could never carry this kind of film on her own.

Wasn't amazing or some sort of masterpiece, but for some reason it struck a chord in me. Not a bad watch tbh, and it doesn't really bore you.

the film is not super interesting, but i dont know why i keep coming back for it. it doesn't depict love as love really is but you can see the authenticity of their love. not a solid 9/10 for me, but anyway it's a 9/10.
p/s: lot will not agree, but this film is over "before" trilogy (maybe not the first one)

@noboyzband I believe his phone number or some sort of his contact. So she could return to him when she realized her marriage is shit.
