Bitch Ass

This home invasion/death game horror has so much potential. Premises with deadly games and puzzles could be entertaining and dreadful. Unfortunately, the below average acting, cheesy dialogue and unnecessary childish editing hold this film back. Although I admit I was mildly entertained by this, it pretty much feels poor from all angles and the lack of gripping tension make it quite dull throughout. It tries some things with the editing choices but ends up making it feel like a big childish film. This film’s BIGGEST flaw in my opinion is the constant flashbacks. It's such a pain and a poor storytelling choice as it completely strips the mysteriousness of the villain before he even starts the games. I'm having a hard time taking him seriously as he simply doesn't look intimidating at all.
