Another quarantine show, Black Spot was a little confusing at first. During the first 2 seasons, the town of Villefranche has all sorts of murderous plots ongoing, unusual for a town of its size. [spoiler]You find out eventually everything (or almost everything) points back to the Forest and the danger it’s in due to the Steiners.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]The end of season 2 leaves us with a doozy - Teddy is still in the hospital, the quarry is blown up, Hermann has shot Cernunnos (and hit him), and the DNA tests from the blood match Sylvain, an 18 year old boy that Laurène was chained up with back in 1996 at Cernunnos’ lair, AS WELL AS A 50% MATCH TO LAURÈNE. [/spoiler] Crazy. Can’t wait for season 3. The characters were relatable and well acted, the plot was different than your average murder TV show and it was in French!
