It's bad, but it's hilariously bad. Tiny Tim makes this great.

Snooze fest. The fact that the super creepy ass 60 yr old clown wasn't the killer was known the second we saw the hand of the killer. If i watch a movie with a deranged clown played by friggin' Tiny Tim I want Tiny Tim to be as crazy as he seems. Yeh yeh cool the twist is that its his normal square brother, who soooooooo clearly was set up as the psycho from the jump. Oh he used to date the lead character? And he's not cool with it? Obviously he's the killer. In a very minor way, and this is a bit of a stretch ***** and heads up, MAJOR SPOILER FOR THE MOVIE THE LAST HORROR FILM COMING ****** I get that its a twist that Spinell isn't the killer but that makes it all bullshit. I WANT the weirdo to be the killer. Him being the nice guy all along is boring. Anyway, this movie's plot had somewhat of a chance of being interesting, a 60 yr clown named Mervin lives in a backyard Hobbit hole to his brother's smoking hot ex girlfriend from high school, but ends up being super cliche and boring.
