Tom Hanks

Very good movie. Excellent performance from Tom Hanks i.e. the main man. It does show how one person can survive on an island using stuff from FedEx Boxes. I would rate this 7.5/10. Substantial movie. Would definitely recommend. #ShiftvW8

It was pretty good. Great airplane crash for sure.

Pretty slow ... nothin like Robinson Crusoe though.

Gotta love a good one man survivor movie! My favourite thing in these movies is always how crafty they get with how little they have. I don't know why, it's just as satisfying as those ridiculous life hack videos on instagram, except in these movies they actually have some, nay, every, use.

And of course... Tom Hanks. One of the greats. But I think the scene stealer has to be Wilson, man, what a presence, what a talent.

Nah, now seriously, it's a great movie, but I'm probably 18 years too late with watching it, because since Cast Away's release there have been a billion more stranded on a deserted island movies, and this one doesn't feel that special. I'm sure it was when it came out though and... again... Tom Hanks.

**WILSOOONNNN!!!** ... need I say anymore??

I've never seen this movie before but after I read Robinson Crouso I decided to watch it. I thought it's the same but I had to realize pretty soon that is not haha I very liked it btw and I don't know how I haven't seen it yet. I hoped that Friday will appear but we got Wilson instead and it's okay too :) Tom Hanks is awesome as always but it isn't a surprise :)

Some of my favourite films have come from Zemeckis and Cast Away is one of them and it’s the only film that a volly ball called wilson can make me cry. Wilson!! Tom Hanks never gets boring and always pulls off a great performance.

Positive:
This film was amazing. This was my first time watching the film all the way through and Tom Hanks does an amazing job imagining everything. This film was a filming masterpiece. The way Tom Hanks acts off just a volleyball is nothing short of amazing. Plus, the injuries look very real and they do an amazing job accurately portraying the amount of blood that would be caused by these injuries.

Negatives:
This film is very long and it might draw you away before you can finish the actual movie. About 3/4 of the way it did start to drag on for a but but I absolutely loved the ending.

Overall:
This movie is a must watch and I highly recommend watching this. This movie will have you gripped from the start to the finish. I can now fully understand why Cast Away is a classic.

It's OK. I found some of logic questionable, and this movie forces you to think logically. And it's predictable. You know he'll evolve as a survivor, and it's OK to watch but predictable. There are many obvious setups that you know will be resolved.

I hate this movie with a passion. I will never escape people shouting WILSONNNNNNNNN at me.
