A fresh and unique take on relationships, romantic or otherwise. Andy Samberg and Rashida Jones play off each other so well and I hope Rashida Jones tackles more screenwriting projects in the future.

I really enjoyed this it was such a pleasant surprise to me! I think it is some kind of modern Annie Hall, at least it made me remember of it.
Simple and smart story about marriage relationships, divorce and friendship. It's so charming and honest with some comedy in between.
All of the cast is great! Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg have a perfect chemistry together. Nice to see Andy Samberg trying to do some drama, he totally succeeded!
Another thing that I loved about it was the soundtrack, perfect for the mood of the film.
It was wonderful.

I expected only a funny movie. But I received a funny, dramatic, well acted and written movie with a good photography and soundtrack. Made my day!

watching the trailer, I thought it wouldve built up to the separation but nope. straight into. it does have some cliches but they are showcased a little different. good rom com.

‪Dammit. I was ready to dismiss this as another romcom full of cliches but the last five minutes kinda did it for me. I wish they’d been as likeable throughout the movie as they were in those last couple of scenes. ‬

Celeste and Jesse forever is one of my favorite romantic comedies. Rashida Jones writes the script and stars. There is really no reason why she can't be a huge star right now because she is incredible in this. The movie is an interesting and realistic look into modern relationships and the process of letting someone go. An excellent and underrated film.

It's hard to find a new angle on relationships - this movie hits you with an odd one right out of the box. Of course once that is out of the way the movie had to get on with the business of laying out the conflict that you can see coming ten miles away. Rashida Jones navigates all of this really well and the transformation of her character is delivered to us really well. And Samberg is excellent as well - the chemistry between them is undeniable. While the movie may have started out with an odd arrangement we are left with a sweet and very unconventional love story.

Without Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg, this would have been dangerously close to boring breakup movie. Some genuine funny moments and really awesome music elevates this to to a all around great movie.
