A broad comedic parody of the Charlie Chan mysteries of the 30s that is silly right from the opening credits, with the discordant singing of Ustinov in character. Lots of stars from the big and little screens. If you like silly you'll like this. Too much silly for me. I give it a 2 (terrible) out of 10.
