Christine (Rachael Blake) and Michaels (Tom Butcher) are terrorized in their own home by a gang of 3 youths lead by Rian (Jumayn Hunter) who are hunting their son.

Home invasion movies are a guilty pleasure of mine, and while most are not very good film I occasionally have a decent time with them. This is far from one of them.

Not a lot happens in this movie, it is mostly just characters sitting down talking followed by the occasion shout and scream. In a film like that, the dialogue has to catch the viewers attention, but here its awful. It is all simply boring stuff to watch. They could have at least made the mother and father likeable and give us something to root for and hope they get free and gain the upper hand, but they are incredibly dry characters, and I didn't care less what happened to them.

Even for a film just over 70 minutes long, the director manages to make this a drag to get through. The 3 thugs are always incredibly dumb. I would say this film would have sense of realism to it if the characters were actually intelligent, because this kind of thing can happen in real life, but I highly doubt it would end up anything like this. Don't get me started on the 3 characters that get introduced later on into the film. I really don't know what the director was trying to do throwing them into the mix but they an already rubbish movie into an even worse one.

Everyone has a right to their own opinion, but I can't help but be baffled as to why some people enjoyed this dull movie. 2/10.
