Sorry but it was really a waste of time... I would like to give support to Turkish cinema, however, I was upset that there was no scene that makes you laugh even if you force yourself to do so. I must also say that it has good ideas helps you think about social problems, but whatever the film genre is, it must always be catchy. You come across with the so much repeated lines and that's why I found it so boring

Nope... I'm following Ali Atay's directing for a while. And I can't recommend this movie at all. Cinematography is well-done, but the story progression has some serious flaws. It doesn't make you wonder how all things play out. And comedy aspect isn't helping at all. On the contrary, lines and acting are so cringingly absurd that you find yourself not interested in the movie anymore. I love absurdity. I love "Leyla ile Mecnun". But there is naturality in that series. The last movies of Ali Atay just force absurdity into these movies and there remains no naturality, only painful scenes to watch. I think Ali Atay has to try different approach, maybe more mature content with an occasional absurdity on the side. That's really all I want to see. His first directed movie "Limonata" however, somewhat carry those standards I mentioned, thus makes it more special for me. I hope he gets better with time. Because we need fresh blood in Turkish Cinema as him.

I really think cinematography was good but unfortunately it -and also the message at the end- couldn’t save the whole movie, I can never understand why people really love those movies :/
