Crap of the Titans? Not quite. But at the same time, it's kind of forgettable. As Worthington describes it, it's a "popcorn flick". Take from that what you will.

Excellent movie. Well done for it year. Love it!

What an awful start to this experiment.

Shockingly bad performances, terrible editing, some of the worst dialogue ever put to screen and despite all that it still manages to be incredibly boring to watch.

It's flawed that Perseus (Sam Worthington) had a buzz cut. They give him long hair in the sequel but never thought of it in this film. While Ralph Fienes would make a good Hades if they didn't overly Voldermort him. He has the same exact voice. So hard not to think Voldermort.
This remake has better effects than the original of course. Also a fine cast. Yet the original is less dull. You'll have more fun if you just watch The Mummy.

That was cool to review Greek Mythology and Perseus. Fair remake of the 81' movie.

great line of cast with some disappointed editing.but still watchable in the battle scene.

Entertaining action flick, although I have to admit that I like the mystical setting of the film and that if that weren't the case I would probably call it a mediocre flick!

i´m no expert in greek mythology but simply seen as a movie it was entertaining. Nothing special though in terms of FX or acting.

A mixed bag.

I didn't really enjoy 'Clash of the Titans' but I didn't dislike it all that much either. The cast do alright, as Sam Worthington sticks out most - the rest kinda merge into one in my memory. Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes feel very underused, in fact the parts of the story involving them onscreen didn't do anything for me - Worthington & Co.'s bits are far more watchable.

The special effects aren't the best, including those used for 'the gods'... though Fiennes as Hades looks fine enough. It's mainly the creatures that don't work as well, most notably for the giant scorpions on the wide shots. On that note, I did rate the long, sweeping shots that are used throughout... the music is strong too, I'd even say Ramin Djawadi's work is the best thing about this 2010 flick to be honest.

Not one I'd personally revisit... still gonna see what they did for the sequel, though.

I think this movie really gets a bad wrap. Sure it’s not going to be one of the most memorable films made but if you are looking for a night in, watching a fun popcorn film you could really do a lot worse than Clash of the Titans.

I had stayed away from this for so long because of the reception it received but would happily watch again.

I absolutely love Greek mythology, so it breaks my heart to say this isn't it, chief. Let me take that back: It is a fun movie with Greek mythology all over.. but it is written poorly and the CGI is not great. I still want more Greek Mythology movies, just done well.

Not as magical and imaginative as the original but still a feast for the eyes that was worth remaking.

I haven't seen this since cinema and it still hasn't aged well. Also every time a character says 'Argos', I keep thinking of the English catalogue retailer by the same name. It was hilarious. At this point I stopped taking the movie seriously and made a Monty Python version of this in my head.

I never laughed so hard at my own imagination in awhile.

Here's some funny trivia: "Emma Thompson almost made an accidental uncredited cameo in this movie while visiting friend Liam Neeson on the set. Thompson, who'd been filming Nanny McPhee Returns (2010) in an adjacent studio, went to visit Neeson during a break, just as Neeson was about to shoot a scene with Ralph Fiennes and Danny Huston. Unable to exit the set fast enough as the cameras began to roll, Thompson, in her clumsy Nanny McPhee costume, had to hide behind Huston's throne during the take so she would not be picked up by the cameras."

Amazing.

Pretty solid remake. Changes a lot from the original, and some of the story beats are questionable, but it's got a good pace, some cool designs and good action. It's a fun fantasy movie. I dug the aspect of Perseus wanting to remain a man no matter what. Aside from him cheating a bit at the end...
