Entertaining and fast-paced old-school action flick. 90 minutes of fun, but nothing more.

It's loud, violent, and unapologetically cheesy. But for those who appreciate the unapologetic excess of 80s action cinema, it's a blast. So, if you're looking for a mindless fun film with Stallone at his most ridiculously badass, crank up the synth soundtrack and grab some popcorn.

Cobra is just that movie. It isn’t winking at you, or trying to be in on a goof, it’s just a dude out there getting the job done trying to save the goddamn city from an axe wielding gang. To put it bluntly, it’s a vibe and the early car chase is an all timer.

A rather excellent car, the best aviators, the tastiest matches, and the best broads. Cobra sure is the man!!! Maybe not the most typical cop, but he always gets his hook in the crook...

Cobra is a cliché ridden 80's action movie written by and starring Sylvester Stallone as Lieutenant Marion "Cobra" Cobretti. But he rather would have been called Alice. He almost never takes off his sunglasses, he works in the Zombie squad along side Reni Santoni as Gonzales, he cuts his cold pizza with a pair of scissors, 80's soundtrack galore, the NIGTH SLASHER, Birgitte Nielsen as the damsel in distress, a MOLE and loads of action.

I think Cobra is suppose to be Stallone's Commando but it isn't as good as Commando but to me it is damn entertaining. A simple movie, with some fun one-liners and an easy to follow plot and loads of action. I'm glad Stallone made this one.

Not a terrible movie but certainly a retro classic for this 80s baby.

This is so unbelievably dumb even by 80s standards. So glad that Stallones Beverly Hills Cop script didn't get greenlit.

Short and sweet.

'Cobra' is a straightforward, by the numbers action film with Sylvester Stallone. It doesn't really do much to drift you away from the obvious, but the action itself is entertaining and some of the deaths are quite cool to watch. The songs are passable, if not entirely well chosen.

Stallone, as you'd likely expect, is the only performer worth noting. He does his usual stuff and it comes across strong enough, one thing I didn't like about his character is his speech - the dialogue is kinda poor, they attempt to make Cobra a smooth, cool badass but it doesn't really work in that way.

I'd almost consider this a disappointing film, but the watchable action and Stallone himself carry this over the line for a good film in my opinion.

Not a bad movie to spend 87 minutes from 80’s.

Schlocky, over-the-top exploitation picture, but oh soo good! It's cliche, but who cares, it's got some great action, and Stallone being a badass.

Somewhat dated. 80's "Miami Vice" style editing with a music video inserted. Almost indistructable '50 Merc. Still a good time to be had.
