Decent documentary, but kind of lackluster compared to the source material (the book this documentary is based on). Skips past a lot of information about certain people (Trip Hawkins, Howard Philips) and just speeds past certain points of history without a conclusion (the establishment of the ESRB during the Mortal Kombat controversy). Definitely would've benefited from more length and depth.

Incredibly interesting. I always knew Nintendo and SEGA were rivals, but not to _that_ extent! Very well presented and laid out. A good watch. I’m now off to play some SNES!
