Basically an obsessed, stalking, highly intelligent zombie...
It all just doesn't make sense! And the acting is pretty bad.

for a movie that claimed it would remain faithful to the original, this was anything but. fast moving zombies, characters doing stupid things and a main female character that was completely unlikable. not a bad movie, but far from the homage it set out to be

A horrible bastardization of a Romero classic, Day of the Dead: Bloodline is embarrassingly bad. Several months after the zombie apocalypse a former medical student runs into an undead former patient with unique blood properties, and she comes to believe that he’s the key to creating a vaccine. The “acting” is abysmal and the sets and costumes are extremely cheap looking. And the plot couldn’t be more trite and predictable. Day of the Dead: Bloodline is a waste of film.

Sub-par acting and a plot full of the worst and most illogical character choices. Apparently scared little girls run _towards_ danger in this universe....

Ridiculous storyline and poorest acting ever. Stopped watching 30 minutes into the movie because it was that bad.

This movie is so bad that it's almost... no, nothing, it is simply bad!
It seems that for this movie they based the plot entirely on a book called "101 Stereotypes about zombie movies" : the entire film is a mash up of all the zombie movies that ever been, all the situations, all the events, all the characters behaviours and reactions. You can sense what's about to happen (or what is going to be said, dialogues are cursed by the same exact problem) from miles away. And the acting, really awful! All of 'em, not a single one can be saved.
Sporting the "based on the motion picture Day of the Dead by George Romero" means absolutely nothing if you're going to shit all over his great work (even tho DotD is by far the less good one of the first trilogy) with something like this.
Avoid it!

It was bad. It was boring. It was just an excuse to cash in on the Day of the Dead title.
