With a daring and bold vision, _Daybreakers_ delivers a fascinating and terrifying look at a world ruled by vampires. After vampires hunt the human race to near extinction, their society starts to collapse as the blood supply runs out. Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe, and Sam Neill lead the cast and give strong performances. And the concept of the film is quite intriguing, and is used quite effectively; showing variety aspects of society adapted to the needs of vampires. Additionally, the surrealist visual style works to enhance the tone and atmosphere of the film. _Daybreakers_ is a provocative and compelling thriller that takes the vampire genre to new and exciting places.

Not great but still entertaining vampire movie with a fun twist at the end. I'm not usually the biggest fan of vampire films, or zombie ones for that matter (I'm more a fan of classic slashers like Halloween and Friday the 13th) but this one wasn't too bad, aside from the occasional terrible CGI More
