Pretty awesome little adaptation. It gets pretty twisted. The rivalry between the two leads gets really interesting. Sure, the Animation of the Demon is pretty spotty, but not enough to distract, at least not when everything else around him is soo interesting.

1 / 2 directing & technical aspect 1 / 1 story 1 / 1 act I 1 / 1 act II .5 / 1 act III 1 / 1 acting 1 / 1 writing 0 / 1 originality 0 / 1 lasting ability to make you think 0 / 1 misc 6.5 / 10 kinda need the sequel to call it a full story. The Raye Pemberton and fiance plot had a dark twist on it, kudos on not copying. but the original was umatched genius. The casting and acting was great in terms of emulating the anime characters.
