IMO Cluadia Black is always worth watching :) - Otherwise, this is just an OK movie. O'Hara looked like he slept-walked thru the whole thing. Plus the story has a couple bit plotholes i believe - [spoiler]the building of the sphere would have cost trillions if not quintillions of $ plus there's no way they could have built that thing anywhere close to earth or even the solar system just to name the biggest ones[/spoiler]

9-10 :heart: = movies and TV shows I really love!

So funny when a movie has to explain it self.. Why need the main character at all?

I don't remember the last time I literally gave up on watching a movie midway through. this movie is god awful.

Nothing new or Earth shattering here. However, the one bright spot IMO is Claudia Black, whose dulcet tones of late have been mostly heard doing voice-over work in video games. But, even as she approaches the half century mark, one can still catch the mischievous sparkle of Vala Mal Doran or Aeryn Sun, in her eyes, (especially in the post credit scene) even though the material here strikes a more somber tone. Other than David O'Hara, the rest of the cast do pedestrian work with what they are given, and, in the absence of any reason or backstory as to why they were chosen for this particular mission, they are each relegated to the role of cannon fodder, to be predictably dispatched, albeit, willy nilly.

As @ Invader303 opined, the entire affair is fairly predictable, which is sad, as, Ms. Black, given her talent, and the sparsity of her recent roles, deserves better. But then again, it's a paycheck, so, who am I to judge.

One of the worst movies I've seen. The only maybe good thingie are the titties and even those might not be real. Crap.
