A radical experiment that comes from a radical novel. A parody of the "heimatfilms", Austrian family movies, that turns into a sarcastic zombie tale. Sometimes you don't know if the directors are mocking the Austrian tradition or directly making fun of the public. But its images (and the use of sound in a film that is silent) have something fascinating. There are also sequences too long as the final part in Alpenrose Inn. But it is one of the most subversive movies of the moment.
