An acting show by Caleb Landry Jones and his interaction with dogs. The movie has an incredible script, a story that has many layers and keeps you gripped from beginning to end.

It’s quite a movie about some minor DC hero, isn’t it? An unusual plot, the anti-hero is sympathetic, we have a very clear story before us. This is certainly not “Angel-A”, but after “Leon” there are so few hits and many misses. The film looks good .Dogs deserve a separate Oscar.

What if... Joker, Dolittle and RuPaul had a baby? Quite the oddball. Told from the perspective of an insane character so we get a bunch of over-the-top stuff and it demands a suspension of disbelief. That suspension is one thing but a lot of the stuff happening (especially the dog tricks) was a bit too far fetched. Those dogs made some incredible performances, where are the dog Oscars?! Caleb Landry Jones absolutely carries the movie on his shoulders he was amazing and portrays a captivating and intriguing character. It tackes some heavy themes that are very on the nose, at times it felt like torture porn and at others it made me emotional. Good song choices. Lots of dog action and a few thrilling sequences. A good antihero origin story.
