The climax seemed illogical to me, at first glance. And started writing this comment as such. But while writing this comment, I'm realizing the brilliance. [spoiler] Sure Sourav Shukla can tell the court that the novel was written by Vijay himself which he is now using as fake alibi. But still, "no body - no case" would still apply. Vijay's lawyer can say cops found this unpopular novel, and got the idea to implicate him, brought a body from somewhere and tortured him to make the confession. [/spoiler]
