OMG!!! This movie was a trip! Mind blowing storyline, sexy scenes, great acting and edge of your seat suspense. This movie has a dark theme and deals with a lot of issues about drug abuse, mental health and childhood problems. And lots of secrets that people keep to themselves. A great scary, indie thriller at its best. LOVED IT! See it when you can because you'll discover its a diamond in the rough, baby.

Written, produced, and directed by Joseph Strickland, Dual Mania is a
unique motion picture effort boasting a talented, multiracial cast of
performers, a few of whom would include Joseph Plummer, a veteran stage
actor and Joseph Jefferson Award nominee who portrays Dr. Steve
Livingston, Sherrice Eaglin, too a legend of the Chicago stage and a
feature film and television actress who stars as Lydia Johnson, and
newcomer Michael Spitz, who is introduced in his first major screen
role as the pathological antagonist, Tommy Valentine.

In addition to her character foundation in Dual Mania, Sherrice Eaglin
is a standout actress whose filmography incorporates a number of
critically- acclaimed works in which the Chicago-based thespian has
been showcased, including but not limited to: "There's Hope Musical,"
"Chicago P.D.," "Love Relations," "Bowls of Water," etc.

Also starring in this intense film noir style thriller are "Judas Run"
and "The Executive" actress Renee Domenz, who was cast to portray the
role of Lucy; "Hurry Up!" and "Bones" actress Yvonne Huff who appears
as Delores; "Stir of Echoes" and "Road to Perdition" star Duane Sharp
as the Record Store Manager; and "The Defiled" actress Ali Goodman, in
her memorable role as the Woman in Red Dress, among an undeniable
troupe of other fellow performers who round out Dual Mania's wonderfully diverse cast.

Set in Strickland's native Chicago, Dual Mania
is a broodingly dark and captivating suspense that will undoubtedly be
regarded as one of the most distinctive films of its respective genre.

I found this movie to be quite shocking to tell you the truth. A dark, twisty psychological thriller about a guy seeing a shrink sounds normal. But the movie soon goes in a different direction. Sexy women, nice score, great acting and a neat twist. Cool beans!!!

Intriguing psychological suspense thriller which plays like a cat and mouse game it seems to me. Very intense and violent ( not for kiddies!) but this film has a quiet way about it all that appears so normal. Definitely recommended for thrill seekers and curious seekers of dark films and those movies of the film noir genre. Late night viewing for sure.
