I could go on and on about what makes this movie immortal, but I feel I should let you see what makes it great. Bruce Lee was forever immortalized with this film and it will be cherished and praised forever.

While not bad, this flick is rather boring in my opinion and somehow I had this constant feeling that they tried to copy the James Bond theme and put it into a karate costume.

I recommend skipping this flick because there are much better action flicks out there!

"Boards don't hit back."

Enter the Dragon is already 50 years old. 50 years ago Bruce Lee destroyed henchman Jackie Chan. 50 years ago he also defeated Sammo Hung and John Saxon won against Bolo Yeun. Stuff of legends. We even have the classic Kung-fu Claw, the bad guy island and loads of henchman.

Enter the Dragon is a classic martial arts movie and one of it's most populair. I wish we could've gotten loads of more Bruce Lee. So sad that he passed away that young. He has the looks and charisma to do well in cinema.

Anyway so happy this one popped up on HBO Max that I couldn't resist not watching it and I'm glad I did. Great way to spend a saturday night.

Look im, not the biggest martial arts fan but I enjoyed what I saw. After this I will watch more of these from now on. The fighting is entertaining, dialogue could be better at times, the rest ok I guess. Overall good watch.

>*"Boards don't hit back."*

I think I consider myself a martial arts movie fan, or at least I thought I was. It probably doesn't help that I watched *The Raid* before this because this is laughable in comparison. Not that I was expecting the same level and they're completely different movies from different times but this is the legendary Bruce Lee we're talking about here so I was expecting more in terms of martial arts. He's still really good and very fit but throwing punches into thin air and never hitting anyone doesn't cut it. There's nothing thrilling or even comical (except the sounds and weird stares Bruce Lee keeps making) about the action scenes, it's just fake-looking.

With that said thought, it's still a very entertaining movie with lots of action, I was captivated the whole time. The punches/kicks hit sounds are very exaggerated but satisfying. The sets look good. Amateurish acting and too much score. Not much in the way of characters, they're very hollow. I enjoyed the wild third act.

***Enter the Dragon*** is without a doubt an untouchable classic for most but overall i'm disappointed and I don't think it aged very well.

When compared to his HK films, Bruce Lee doesn’t fare well in this picture. He was really becoming a caricature of himself. Fight scenes are more realistic (Lee doesn’t take on 12 men at the same time anymore). As for the storyline; it is sub-James Bond with martial arts instead of guns. It being a very successful movie surely has to do with the passing of Bruce Lee before the movie release, but in terms of quality, in my own option, it doesn’t surpass his three first films. Yet, it is a great document of Lee’s fighting techniques, while it doesn’t really shows with his acting skills (John Saxon has a bigger acting part). It is watchable but does drag on.

This is indeed a Mortal Kombat tournament!! In this movie I find all the elements that failed in the disastrous Mortal Kombat movie. Here I can say: Liu Kang and Johnny Cage in its purest form! Hahaha

The film has an interesting story from the beginning and its plot is solid. Not like in other movies where they fight hand-to-hand against armed people.

I'm not really a fan of martial art movies and this one didn't change my mind. The fighting is cheesy but somewhat entertaining. Everything outside of the wasn't great.

Style and grace. Perfectly 70s and the quintessential Bruce Lee.

A timeless classic! I love everything about this movie, from directing to fight sequence choreography. The film is truly a staple of that era.
