Fred Olen Ray has made a lot of bad films up through the years, but Evil Toons is not just nonsense filled with bare breasts, bad acting, and general mayhem. It's also strangely charming... and I'm not only talking about Monique Gabrielle's perfect tits or the cheaply animated demon. It seems the actors all knew they weren't involved in the next Godfather, and just had a lot of fun. And when actors have fun, it usually equals a pretty decent amount of charm. Give it a watch if you have the chance.

Best movie tagline, dare I say, ever? Its a Fred Olen Ray movie, this is no Oscar nom, but as far as boob to movie length ratio goes, this thing easily deserves a 3 for starters. Not much in the way of "evil toons", plot, script, or uh, anything else besides skin!

What? Why is the rating so low here? It wasn't like this movie even tried to be good! It wasn't like it even tried to tell you it was good! This was a bad movie made to be a bad movie made to entertain you on the basis of it being a bad movie!
