Another awesome Western throwback from Walter Hill. It pretty much follows all the tropes you would expect from a film like this, but it's damn cool while it's doing it. Nolte is great as the grizzled ranger who's morality is tested by his questionable bond with the equally awesome villainous turn from Powers Boothe.
