I'm only half way through and I want to punch the lead in the face. I've wanted to punch him since five minutes in and I've never punched anyone. He's a horrible person and none of those people would have been friends with him much less lovers. He's arrogant, ignorant, and thinks he's super charming when he's actually that f'ing annoying person no one hangs out with unless they want whatever drugs he's got or to piss off their parents. Why would you make this character your MC? Are you trying to distract people from how terrible everything else about the film is? I can't imagine most people can even tolerate this guy long enough to finish this thing.

Edit: Well I finished it. i should confess I started fast forwarding through chunks just so I didn't have to hear the MC's voice any longer. None of the twists were impressive. Nothing in this was impressive. I probably would have been mildly amused with a different lead but by the time it was done I had wanted it to be over an hour and half ago.
