My favorite out of the FD series. With bimbos, jocks, emos, and skeezy, the characters are as two-dimensional as they should be and the death scenes are elaborate and hilarious!

Better than Final Destination 2 and closing in on Final Destination 1 (but not quite there.) The lamest (of the first 3 movies) inciting accident but far more likable characters than FD2 and inching out FD1 in that regard as well. It really helped that the main character was far better than the previous 2 movies. Probably the best deaths in the series so far as well, very gruesome. My largest nitpick is how often characters reiterate the rules of cheating death, It gets quite annoying.

Totally forgot about that crash at end! Anyway, I must've been on drugs or something the last time I've watched it because I only gave it two stars the first go around, this time I had so much more fun! The opening sequence is brilliant and has always been my nightmare about rollercoasters even though I love riding them, Mary Elizabeth Winstead is always damn cute and fun to watch, the tanning scene! The photos! Some brutal deaths! We have that truck from the previous installment! 180! 180! EVERYTHING IS LEADING BACK TO 180!! Anyway, James Wong outdid himself here! Ps. Best kill? The tan sisters!

Roller Toaster.

Final Destination the series moves into its third instalment without really changing the formula that was working for it. Here the opening disaster involves a Roller Coaster crash that is brought via a premonition to Wendy Christensen (Mary Elizabeth Winstead). As in the previous More

In short, not a very exciting movie. It was not at all as good as the previous ones. Not that this was very surprising of course since the general consensus on the web seems to be that 1 & 2 are quite good, 3 & 4 not so much while the 5th is supposed to be back in shape.

Unfortunately, in this 3rd More

***Decent, but now formulaic entry in this 'Dead Teenager' series***

The first "Final Destination" movie in 2000 was a rather innovative 'Dead Teenager Movie' in that the killer was Death itself, as an invisible spirit. A group of people, mostly teens, escape a great tragedy due to a premonitio More
