Everyone badmouthing Finding Dory can pretty much fuck off. No, I don't care if it's your opinion or not, your opinion is shit. The movie picks up right where it left in terms of pace, themes, plot and story, nothing wrong with it.

I thought I was gonna be one of the few grownups in the theater. The room was full of grownups, Teenagers and young adolescents who waited 13 years for this movie.

Amazing. A strong plot. An amazing pacing. Characters you can sympathize with. Strong, heartfelt moments. The movie also didn't scream "I'm a sequel" all the time, it had numerous easter-eggs to Finding Nemo, but it found its own way to convince, rather than trying to recreate the "magic" of Part 1. Also, the animation is g-orgeous.
I'm a grown man, and admit I almost cried as some points. Movie of the years, to me.

I loved Finding Nemo and I remembered seeing it in cinemas, but with "Finding Dory" I wasn't looking forward to. I don't know my reasons, just didn't want to see a spin-off to something I couldn't care less about. Of course I gave in and finally watched it. And my judgment I had with the film sadly came true after seeing it.

I mean, it's cute and harmless with some humor that I did laugh at. However, with it being a year since it's release, this existing doesn't feel necessary. Pretty forgettable as no one is talking about it (expect for me). In terms of creativity and surprising me, it felt kinda held back. I didn't get that emotional punch that you would expect from Pixar.

Without a doubt, the best movie of 2016. Not sure how you could rate Finding Dory any less than 10 as Pixar have yet again truly outdone themselves. The voice actors, the cinematography, the plot and especially the humour -- utterly flawless. There was not a dry eye in the room. Amazing.

For some reason people gave it bad reviews, I don't know what they saw but it wasn't this movie! It was fun and picked up where Finding Nemo ending and Finding Dory jumped right in with some of the same characters and a lot of the amazing new characters. My favorite right off the bat was Hank "Ed O'Neill", he found his character and added the right flavor to the adventure! I'm an adult and there were so many other adults who came to watch the movie, go in with no expectations and leave with a smile! Great movie, light and good fun!

Haven't seen the first but can really sense this is a copy and paste. Dory makes constant mistakes to get to the next unescapable adventure point. Just repeat that until the end. She's really annoying and sometimes selfish. I wanted her to get eaten near the end. I don't buy her pain at all. But wait... she's got a disability. Forced social message time! Which doesn't work when the movie gets away with laughing at a bullied sea otter who comes across slightly retarded. Pixar really messed up.

I found Zootopia more memorable. All the Dory memory loss got repetitive after awhile. Still was pretty charming though.

I don't think its as good as Finding Nemo, plot is quite similar to that film, but its not entirely forgettable either. Beautifully animated with a warm, witty script.
