Great movie! Didn't expect it to be so thrilling but it was. As a parent you watch this thinking 'Dear Lord this is the worst kind of nightmare!' and as the movie progresses and you get an idea of what happened it still remains as scary. You get a hunch of what is going on in this movie very early on but there is left enough room to speculate other twists. I like how they ended the movie [spoiler] it was the best way to end it and I'm glad it didn't play out as a 'scary hospital human organ trafficking' kind of plot but went for a psychotic break down of epic proportions. [/spoiler]
If you expect over the top blood, bodies and other horror stuff, pass this movie. If you want to watch a psychological thriller with a dark theme, go for it!

It is a great movie to watch! But it is not a great movie.
The end sucked, i mean how can do that to the innocent viewer who just wanted Sam Worthington to be in the right & and tell him NO! The crooked looking hospital people are right. What?"

One of the best thrillers I've seen in years. The suspense was nearly unbearable. Everything is possible till the last minute. I read some of the "professional" reviews and they are so terribly wrong, that I doubt they even watched the same movie. In fact this movie is so unique, that I never watched something nearly similar. Only one thing is more like horror: reviews by media sites

This is normally something I would stay away from cause mostly I can just figure out everything in at least 20 minutes of movies like these. But I was pleasantly surprised. This threw all my theories out the window at the end. It’s really interesting to see something like this

Netflix finally made a good movie and it might be there best yet!

If you liked Shutter Island, then you will definitely like Fractured. My eyes were glue to the screen the entire time.

Now that was a mind blowing film that even hurt my head that keeps you on the edge of your seat and doesn't keep you on the waiting list for long with It's fast paced action and overall a decent film that was great to end my night.

The cast were all great together and good performance from sam that did a good job. The film is like many films but what fits is Flight Plan meets shutter island in a hospital. ha

Still thought.. I think the ending has left me with unanswered things unless I'm confused has much as sams character was.. who knows. ha

@cinemanicbonkers This type of movie relies heavily on the ending, and I feel like there was something missing. Like it was a little too simple for my taste. Maybe he could have [spoiler]grabbed two bodies instead of just the one random one[/spoiler] ? Why would he [spoiler]dream up two from one[/spoiler] ? Like I said, it's an okay ending, but I feel with a bit more after-thought it could have been much much better.

I feel bad giving this movie such low score but damn they really did fuck up the ending

This movie was amazing all the way and I was actually so hooked and invested in the story and my hopes were getting higher with every frame but then they did a cheap and poor twist in the end that ruined the whole film

I would go as far to say that if they kept going with the human organ harvesting storyline till the end and made the police bust the place and give us satisfying closure this movie would one be one of my favorite movies ever.. but they chose to have unnecessary, unoriginal and unconvincing twist that made this whole thing just meeeh

Psychological thrillers are one of my favourite genres and this was no exception. At the beginning you're adamantly on Rays side, noticing all the creepy characters and glitches in the hospital and wondering where they're hiding his family, but further on you begin questioning everything and begin flipping sides searching for the truth far too frequently.
