Spooky hospital with a secret! But this film doesn't really stick out in this subgenre. I wasn't very convinced by the ghost design as well.. Still worth it for the classic ghost story fans.

It's one of those movies that every time you see it is the first time because you always forget it the second it's over. _Fragile_ is just one more haunted hospital story with dramatic music to let you know when you're supposed to be afraid.

This movie has everything a sentient MBA would think should be in a horror film. It's competently made, but empty, soulless, and boring.

Enjoyable enough but nothing to write home about. I probably got more enjoyment from it because I like Calista Flockhart (non-fans might rate this a 5 at best) but for me it could have done with building on the scares a bit more.
The ghost was a memorable visual and the setting of the abandoned second floor was great but they didn't really use either until the final third of the film. I thought the twist over who Charlotte is was pretty decent
but the film was generally hampered by weak child actors and slightly lacklustre acting from the adults, with the exception of Gemma Jones. Other positives, the score was good and the atmosphere and special effects were pretty decent for 2005, and for what I presume wasn't a huge budget. Not a bad horror movie, pretty middling overall but I've certainly seen a lot worse. Not the worst way to spend 90 minutes.
