Happy Friday the 13th!

Going through the Friday the 13th franchise again finally got me to Jason visiting New York and I still enjoy the heck out of the "New York" part of the movie. I freaking love the fact that Jason kicks that boombox and shows his face to those kids. I love that deleted scene of Jason pushing that guy aside on the stairs. I love the fact that for the two days they were shooting in New York he totally stayed in character. I still think it is amazing seeing the Batman logo of the 1989 movie in the Time Square scene and that they show us Julius punching the shit out of Jason for 90 full seconds and not doing shit and just getting his head punched off. (Best kill!)

But yeah, other than that. I still think it is on the bottom of this franchise. The MPAA ruining what I think could've been many great kills. The first part on the boat is alright but because the movie is named Jason Takes Manhattan it is kind of a bummer that it takes him 1 hour to reach New York.

But still, I always enjoy watching my man Jason go on a rampage and Kane Hodder kills it here.
