There is a movie in here ..... somewhere wedged between everything else. I genuinely have to ask is this comedy? going on looking at the synopsis the cast seemed pretty good, with the premise of a deranged madman holding the city ransom story. The film has moments of lucidity but then goes wacky again, which makes it hard to take seriously. The ending, just what? That was it? or was it? the end song is nice but yes ok then I don't know how to describe it, that's how they ended it. I lack any justification to watch this one aside from the stars mentioned.
