GOLD, the third venture from Alphonse Puthren felt and came off as a strictly average one for me. The overall presentation was indeed quite fun to watch and nicely conceived. It had some high points here and there too. But it did fell too flat as a whole flick. (PS. STRICTLY MY OPINION, NOT A CRITIC, BUT A VIEWER)
