I'll say that for this “movie”: the premise wasn't a bad idea - A college student becomes Governor by mistake.. It's a bit of a stretch, but OK, that _could_ have made for a fun comedy, _**if**_ there had been actors, a scriptwriter, an editor, continuity, a bit of budget, and some coherence to the story. As it stands, this piece of garbage is not even worth to appear on a 4:00 AM local TV broadcast. If you value your time, just stay away from this.

Utterly irredeemable. The acting, the script, and the editing all compete for worst aspect. There are two separate scenes in which a woman describes her ongoing car maintenance issues, which are both incredibly dull and entirely unrelated to the plot.
