I watched this movie in cinemas when it came out and even though the first one came out just 2 years before, it felt like these movies had been a big part of my childhood.

The bigger budget translates in beautiful shots and this one has the best songs and choreography.

It's also a beautiful movie about graduating high school and moving on to the next adventure. Beautiful ending to the trilogy.

I'm excited for High School: The Musical: The Series Season 4 to see some of these characters again.

best of the series by far. ultimate bangers, insane cinematography, iconic costumes. tiaras iconic, i want it all slays. absolute banger best of them all

On a technical level, the final installment of the 'High School Musical' trilogy is the series' best film. The budget is obviously bigger, which is certainly mainly due to the fact that it is the first film to be released in cinemas. And the story is also stronger than its predecessors. Although every cliché is served up again this time, at least there is something resembling relatable drama. However, you shouldn't expect any character development whatsoever. And the songs are also disappointing, as they are not memorable at all. Which is not an ideal foundation for a musical.

This was a decent way to end the series however I feel that it could have done better. There was hardly any spoken word in the film as they tried to pack as.many songs as they could into this final installment of the film. In my opinion the music took a step down, the choreography took a step up and the acting stayed on a level field with the rest of the trilogy.

I like my movies with songs in them. But this one is literally song after song after song, there's hardly a normal spoken word in it. This one is just lucky that Disney Channel movies are my guilty pleasure.

Allowing Instagram to Decide What I Watch While in Isolation

Day 3:

First off all I am clearly not the target demographic here.

Utterly ridiculous in the most 2000s way. The higher budget allows for some genuinely impressive sets and the choreography is really good. The music never goes anywhere amazing but is pretty decent throughout (although Scream is perfectly absurd).

I'm not sure that the musical at the end actually makes any sense and there multiple scenes that go nowhere but overall this is definitely watchable.
