That's an hour and... well, at least an hour...that I'd like to get back. This was bad enough that I was actually "fast-forwarding" (the streaming method of skipping ahead in 10-second increments) through the vast majority of the last half of this…and that's because the first 45-50 minutes was so mind-numbingly slow, plodding, and god-awful. This is essentially a slow-paced rape scene that's drug out for an agonizing 91 minutes: extreme close-ups of nipples and pubic hair, so if that's your thing then have at it. There was nothing about this movie that earned any sort of positive feedback; it was slow, awful acting, a terrible storyline, and was padded with the aforementioned close-up shots of nipples and pubes. You got the feeling they wanted to make a porno but didn't have the know-how or the guts to, so they gave us this instead. This didn't even have the ruthless "payback" as _Last House on the Left_ did. Granted, there was a semblance of revenge but it was essentially harmless and the so-called "explanation" at the ending of the movie made NO SENSE at all. (Any idea how the chips would all have to fall in place for something like this to actually happen?!!) I've seen some reviews about the "backstory" of class separation but I didn't get anything like that. Granted, you obviously had at least two distinct classes here but the violence just seemed to hinge on one psychotic's mentality, not on any "class envy" or anything of that sort. In short, you have a psychopath whose bloodlust backfires…and seriously, what are the chances of that actually happening? This was listed (rightfully so) on the famed _Video Nasties_ list probably as much for the sex/porn feel as the violence itself. Honestly, when it comes to "violence" this was tame compared to a lot of stuff (stuff from that era as well as stuff from today's graphic horror movies). My recommendation? Don't bother even fast-forwarding through it; just mark it was "Watched" and scratch it off your list. There is nothing in this 91-minute time frame that's worth a second of your attention. Bad bad bad bad bad.
