Sid randomly gets a girl and Peaches marries a dumb guy, that's all.
By far the worst movie of this franchise. It simply didn't have nothing to say at all.

@captainandrew I didn't like it because the entire movie made no sense and was a useless addition to the franchise.

@lovesickdead I'm pretty sure anyone smarter than a toddler can put pieces of a movie together and make sense of it and going by definition, none of the movies are useful or beneficial in any way, it's just a form of entertainment. If you don't like it then just say that

@captainandrew But it's exactly what I did, mine wasn't a positive review and for sure I'm not going to list all the thing I didn't like here because I felt it was just a forgettable movie!
I can't just close my eyes at every silly thing that's thrown in my face just to make me smile. Because I'm an adult and I've seen most of what's inside this movie in other 100 movies!
And btw how can you say movies are just a form of entertainement? Do you think art is made just because some random person wants you to look at their work, smile or cry and then leave? Surely most art is made to share feelings and talk about it even after you experienced it! Some movies can teach you stuff, like friendship, love, acceptance etc. The first Ice Age was all about these things. Yes, you watch movies to be entertained, you read to be entertained, but if everything was just purely entertainement then nothing would matter and I could just watch a film every night and forget about it immediately.
Unfortunately it happened with this particular movie, I watched and immediately forgot it existed after I wrote the review in 2016, and suddenly remembered when you added a bitter comment to my review. This only tells me that this movie didn't leave me anything, not even a scene was memorable, not even a good feeling of having been entertained while watching it! It was almost like I stared at a wall for a little more than an hour. And of course this is not what I'm looking for in a movie and it doesn't please me. I'm not happy that I didn't like the movie. I'm sad and disappointed when I don't like a movie!
Anyway you clearly liked it and it's okay, no one's gonna chase you like you did with me, no one's gonna tell you are wrong. Maybe it did something for you, maybe you just laughed and loved to come back to some familiar characters that you like... but all of that is just not enough for me.
